Meghan is the third generation in the family business. In 2005, she graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Business. Before Hatchett, Meghan moved to Washington DC, where she worked for The Washington Post as a marketing consultant for Builders and Remodelers. This role gave her a great deal of knowledge of the remodeling industry. Meghan enjoys helping and guiding homeowners through every step of the process from design to construction.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her husband and daughters.
