HATCHETT’S REMODEL PROCESS – STRESS-FREE FROM DESIGN TO BUILD
The Hatchett Design Remodel team understands that a complete remodel is a large undertaking. It is a journey that can be simultaneously exciting and highly stressful. We have a proven approach to full-service remodeling that eliminates your stress while ensuring your greatest satisfaction with your completed remodel project. What distinguishes Hatchett Design Remodel as a premier remodeler across Hampton Roads is our design-to-build method and our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty.
Hatchett’s remodel process is simple. We recognize that great design and guidance throughout the process are critical to the success of your remodel project. To that end, Hatchett assigns one of our design team members to your project. You start with our design team analyzing your existing space, hearing your wish list for your dream remodeled space, and creating a blueprint design and plan to make your dream a reality.
You will have a member of the Hatchett Design team assigned to your complete remodel project. Your designated Hatchett designer oversees your remodel from start to finish. They guide you in casting the vision for your new space. You have one point of contact spearheading your project throughout all phases – your Hatchett designer, who will guide the process from vision to execution – down to the knobs and pulls on your cabinet doors. They, not you, are the liaison with the Hatchett construction and project management team. Your selected Hatchett designer will communicate updates on the progress of your remodel project and answer your questions along the way. Everything about your remodel is overseen by your Hatchett designer. They ensure that the remodeled space you first envisioned meets or exceeds your expectations once completed.
Having a design-to-build approach has many benefits. It ensures that your dream vision is the constant end goal. No sacrificing a deal-breaker element on your wish list. It removes communication barriers. You are not expected to keep a list of subcontractor names and numbers. You, the homeowner, are not tasked with hiring electricians, flooring installers, and other sub-contractors. There is no vetting process that you must undergo to ensure the safety of your home during the construction process. You do not need to plan out a timeline for the remodel project or safeguard that the desired appliances, cabinets, countertops, or fixtures arrive on schedule to keep the construction process moving swiftly. The Hatchett construction and craftsman teams are vetted, experienced installers, with a track record and guarantee that you will be satisfied with our work.
