We had our kitchen refreshed and all 3 bathrooms were totally redone. From initial meetings to picking out paint colors, knobs and faucets to lighting and tile, each step was handled professionally. During construction, we were informed of when contractors would be in our home and approximately when. Concerns were handled efficiently and all staff and trades were polite and respectful. We enjoyed the entire process. I recommend Hatchett Design and Remodel to anyone who wants quality work done without the worries of tracking down folks to do work. The project manager did that for us.

Hatchett remodeled our kitchen, living room, and dining room, taking down walls, opening space up, and creating a new, open, fabulous look. The kitchen was totally reimagined, redesigned, and rebuilt. From design through construction completion, the Hatchett team was outstanding — exacting, precise, easy to work with, and great at communications. The project was on time and on budget. We could not be more pleased.

Everything from being kept in the loop on daily work progress by the team captain to working with their talented in-house designer to help perfect a style that was timeless, functional, and classic. We used Hatchett for our complete kitchen remodel. The entire process, from design to demo to completion, was seamless. Enjoyed collaborating with their design team. They were very patient with my indecisiveness, and so helpful with tasteful recommendations. All of the work was done on time, with very little disruption to our daily schedules. Their entire team was extremely professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new, beautiful kitchen!

It’s been 3 years since we had 2 bathrooms remodeled. From the initial design through the warranty process, we have been pleased with the professionalism, response, and commitment from the entire Hatchett team. Our construction began right as the COVID-19 lockdowns went into effect and the team was great to work with in a challenging time. We recently had some warranty work done and not only was the repair promptly completed but Hatchett made sure that incidental damage to tile was corrected as well. We are so pleased with our bathrooms and highly recommend Hatchett.

This is an excellent company! We have finished renovations on our house and couldn’t be more pleased! We dealt with Michael Hatchett, who tries to be very thorough in estimating costs so as to minimize surprises later on. He was very patient with us in changing and modifying the plans to suit our wants and needs! Their designer, Jessica Altman, helped us with design choices, such as countertops and flooring, and we were impressed with her suggestions! Tommy Hunter was our site manager and our contact during the actual renovation. He was always willing to talk to us, addressing our concerns and keeping us informed! All of their subcontractors were polite and informative and thorough! I would use them again, and, in fact, we are renovating a second house with them!

A refresh was done in the kitchen and master bathroom. This included a replacement of all surfaces with quartz. All sinks and faucets were replaced. A replacement of two toilets was also done.
The work turned out beautiful. It took longer than planned due to supply issues at the time. The staff was excellent and very professional.

I worked with Michael, Jessica, and Tommy on a laundry room and some kitchen and bathroom updates. They were extremely easy to work with, timely, responsive, and flexible. When I started the process, Michael reached out to me immediately and came to my house right away to work on a proposal. I am so pleased with the way everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone doing home improvements!
